I am a results-driven operations and analytics leader with 8+ years across operations transformation, workforce performance, data engineering, and customer-focused process improvement. My work is rooted in one principle: the best operational strategy is only valuable when it becomes a repeatable system people can actually use.

At Skipcart / 7-Eleven, I own operating system configuration, performance quality programs, and analytics while building internal tools that turn messy operational data into fast decisions.
